Status and ecology:

National Status: Nationally Scarce B

A very rare, Nationally Notable Class B moth. Several recent unconfirmed reports have been followed by eight records since 1997 in both vice-counties. It has been attracted to mv light and a few larvae have also been collected. Records have been from early June to late August. (Pratt, 2011).
