Status and ecology:

National Status: Local

Resident. Occurs singly at light in both vice-counties. Very thinly distributed. Probably double-brooded as adults have been seen from mid May to late June, and more numerously in early September to mid November. Larvae feed on seeds and woollen refuse. (Pratt, 2011)
