Status and ecology:

National Status: Local

Not recorded in the East since 1905. In the West there has been just one confirmed record in Tullecombe Forest (Rogate) in 1996. (Pratt, 2011)

Dave Green: 18-11-2013

50 mined leaves were found at Wisborough Green on 16/11/13. The leaves had fallen from the aspen tree and the green islands were very obvious, with the gall in the petiole obvious in most cases.
