Status and ecology:

National Status: Nb

A resident species usually occurring sparingly or singly at mv light, but is occasionally common on heaths and in woods. Well distributed away from the downs and central West Sussex. Single-brooded flying mainly from late May to mid July. The larval foodplant is unknown. (Pratt, 2011)
