Status and ecology:
National Status: Nationally Scarce B
A resident species occurring singly or sparingly at mv light in or near coastal salt marshes across the region. Double-brooded, flying mainly from early May to mid-August. Larvae feed on the florets of sea wormwood and sea aster. (Pratt, 2011)
