Status and ecology:

National Status: Local

A resident species, occurring singly at mv light in a very few deciduous woodland habitats. Single-brooded, flying mainly from mid-July to late October and again after hibernation into May. Larvae feed on Rumex spp., Polygonum spp., and Lysimachia spp. but not confirmed here. (Pratt, 2011)
