Status and ecology:

National Status: pRDB3

The only known locality for this species in Sussex is at Cissbury, where it was associated with native juniper just prior to 1886. By 1905 it had been found in abundance at Cissbury, but no later records exist. Larvae feed on juniper in other counties. (Pratt, 2011).
