Status and ecology:

National Status: Nationally Scarce B

The only modern records of this species are of lone adults that came to mv lights at Ebernoe Common in August 2009, Ninfield in June 1988 and near Wych Cross in July 2004. Larvae feed on the shoots of apple and hazel in other counties. (Pratt, 2011).
