Status and ecology:
National Status: pRDB2
Only ever recorded twice in Sussex. Larval cases were found on common knapweed near Lewes prior to 1941 and in June 1968 they were abundant on the same foodplant at Cradle Hill, Seaford (Pratt, 2011).
