Status and ecology:

National Status: Nationally Scarce B

Not known in either vice-county for more than a century. Early records came from Guestling, Abbot's Wood, Albourne and Bury. Apparently single-brooded, flying mainly during April. Larvae feed on the leaves of Dogwood. (Pratt, 2011)
