Status and ecology:

National Status: Local

Resident. Occurring singly, occasionally sparingly at mv light, in a very few places in both vice-counties, although often common at Walberton. Double-brooded, flying mainly in June, and again from early August to early September. The species has been associated with common fleabane in Sussex. (Pratt, 2011).
