1815 Cloaked Pug, Eupithecia abietaria (Goeze, 1781)

Status and ecology:

A suspected immigrant and occasional resident occurring singly at mv light and at rest amongst open woodland containing evergreen trees. Single-brooded flying mainly from late May to late July. Larvae feed on the interior of spruce cones (Pratt, 2011)
