1816 Toadflax Pug, Eupithecia linariata ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)

Status and ecology:

A resident species in serious decline – adults singly or sparingly to mv light, fairly common in few spots along coast and downs thought very thinly distributed. Single-brooded flying mainly mid June-late to August, occasionally early June and sometimes early September. The larvae feed on common toadflax and probably garden antirrhinum. (Pratt, 2011).
