Status and ecology:

National Status: Nb

A resident species which usually occurs sparingly or fairly commonly at mv light on coastal sandhills in both halves of the county, and it is sometimes common at Camber. Very local in numbers. Double-brooded flying mainly in two overlapping emergences from mid May to early August.The larval foodplants include a wide range of seaside plants. (Pratt, 2011)
