Status and ecology:

National Status: pRDB2

The only modern records concern the discovery of larvae feeding on sheep's sorrel at Camber Sands and/or Rye Harbour Saltings in 1963 and on Eastbourne Crumbles on 21st May 1988. An adult was found at Rye Harbour on 25th July 1997. (Pratt,2011)
