Status and ecology:

National Status: Nationally Scarce B

A resident species, occurring singly at mv light in a very few wet habitats such as marshy ditches and meadows in both vice-counties. Single-brooded, flying mainly throughout August. Larvae feed on the stems and petioles of water plantain. (Pratt, 2011).
